New York State enacted legislation in 2018 requiring all employers, including Buffalo State University, to ensure that their employees complete sexual harassment prevention training annually. The Institutional Equity Diversity, and Inclusion Office has developed an online program that meets all New York State requirements for sexual harassment prevention training.  For more information, please see the FAQ page, and Buffalo State's Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy

How to Access the Training: 
  1. Visit BizLibrary (http://buffalostate.bizlibrary.com), which will bring you to a Microsoft page.
  2. The Buffalo State log-in page will appear. Enter your campus username and password.
  3. When you log in, at the very top of the page, you will see, “My Assignments.”
  4. Click the “2024 Mandatory Sexual Harassment Prevention Training” icon. This will take you to the learning initiative 
  5. To view/print your certificates, go back to the Home page in BizLibrary. Select “My Learning” using the drop box at the top of the left-hand side of the screen. Select “Transcripts” to view your certificates. 
Who Needs to Complete the training? 

All full and part time employees, including student employees and volunteers at Buffalo State need to complete this training.

  • Do not check email or complete other work-related tasks during this time, as it can create an issue with the video.
